The suicide fatality review committee is established to review suicide deaths to determine trends, risk factors and prevention strategies. The records of the committee are confidential and privileged. The committee must report annually to the New Hampshire council on suicide prevention describing any trends of suicide and risk factors along with any recommendations in law, policy and practice.
