“Standards of conduct under the pharmacy board regulations”
A licensed pharmacist must practice in accordance to prevailing professional standards and observe the law and the profession’s ethical standards. A licensed pharmacist must maintain the confidentiality of patient records and may only disclose patient information only in emergency situations or otherwise permitted by law.
