End stage renal disease dialysis centers must have written policies on clients’ rights and responsibilities. They must post a copy of the patient’s bill of rights in a public area.
End stage renal disease dialysis centers must monitor the quality of care and service provided to clients. They must post the most recent inspection report and complaint policies in a public area.
End stage renal disease dialysis centers must notify the Department of Health and Human Services of any unanticipated accidents, deaths, or absences of clients within 72 hours. They must post their evacuation floor plan in a public area.
