“Inspections under the division of public health services regulations”
The Department of Health and Human Services must conduct inspections of laboratories to determine compliance with state laws and regulations. If the laboratory is cited for deficiencies in an inspection report, the laboratory must submit a written plan of correction within 21 days of receiving the inspection report.
