“Standards for performing HIV testing under the division of public health services regulations”
All laboratories or other organizations offering HIV tests must keep test results confidential. Laboratories or other organizations conducting HIV tests must maintain records on the number of tests performed and the number of positive or indeterminate test results for a period of 4 years.
