“Quality assurance committee under the division of public health services regulations”
All physician practices choosing to implement a quality assurance program must establish a quality assurance committee. Documentation of all quality assurance activities must be maintained on site by the physician practice for at least two years. Records related to quality assurance program activities must be confidential and privileged.
