“Investigations of complaints under the division of elderly and adult services regulations”
The Department of Health and Human Services must investigate all complaints made against a nursing facility relating to:
- A violation of Medicaid participation requirement; or
- The abuse or neglect of a resident or theft of a resident’s property.
