Information obtained in medical studies confidential -- Inadmissibility in evidence.
Classifies information obtained by the Department of Health or other medical professionals for medical research purposes as confidential and limits use of such information to medical research. Prohibits the admission of such information as evidence in any legal or administrative proceeding.
