Admissibility, confidentiality of treatment records
All substance abuse treatment records are confidential and may only be disclosed according to the statute and Part 2.
Information relating to substance abuse treatment may be admissible in a probation, parole or conditional release from a not criminally responsible finding proceeding if the examination is ordered as a condition of release.
