Denial, Probation, Suspension, or Revocation of Licenses and Permits
The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure may suspend or revoke the license of a physician for, among other grounds, “willfully violat[ing] a confidential communication” and engaging in “unprofessional conduct.”
