Investigation of Suspected Fraud, Theft, or Abuse of Services by Clients
Tasks the Department of Health with investigating Medicaid clients for fraud, theft, or abuse of services or referring the matter to another agency for investigation. Permits the Department to access medical, financial, and patient records during an investigation. Authorizes the Department to access records and obtain investigatory information in accordance with 048.0037.16 Wyo. Code R. § 4.
