Inmate records and statistics required of instiutions -- Copy to patient and certain other persons on request.
Requires hospitals and other health care facilities to maintain records of persons admitted or committed to the facility for treatment. Specifies the information that facilities must include in the records (e.g., type of disease) and requires facilities to allow the Secretary of Health to inspect all records. Requires facilities to release copies of records to patients or their representatives upon request.
