The Department of Public Health may not disclose patient identifying information received pursuant to Chapter 368v unless the disclosure occurs in a licensure proceeding.
Records regarding a Chapter 368v investigation are not subject to § 1-210 of the Freedom of Information Act for six months following initiation of the investigation or earlier upon termination or resolution of the investigation.
