Ind. Code Ann. § 16-39-7.1-6 - Violations of law by mishandling of autopsy records

This law declares those who commit the following violations guilty of a Class A misdemeanor:
- A provider who is the custodian of a photograph/video/audio recording of an autopsy and knowingly violates the confidentiality requirements and other requirements set forth by Ind. Code Ann. § 16-39-7.1
- A person who knowingly or intentionally violates a court order issued under Ind. Code Ann. § 16-39-7.1
- A person who receives autopsy information and knowingly or intentionally uses the information for a purpose outside of the ones for which the record was released to him/her
