This law requires that the office of the secretary send the reports that it receives on blind or visually impaired persons on the first day of every month to:
- The Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, the division of disability and rehabilitative services, and the division of special education of the department of education if the person is under 17 years of age.
- The division of disability and rehabilitative services and on request, to the organization serving the blind or visually impaired and the state department of health if the person is at least 17 years old.
