Grants the Office of the State Ombudsman for the Elderly sole authority disclose ombudsman records and information. Authorizes disclosure of identifying information abut a resident or complainant pursuant to a court order. Permits disclosure of information without a court order if the resident, the resident’s legal representative, or complainant provides informed consent to the disclosure.
