Hawaii authorizes the Hawaii Medical Board to discipline licensed physicians through the following sanctions (1) probation; (2) license suspension; (3) license revocation; (4) limiting the scope of the license; (5) $500 to $5,000 fines per violation; (6) mandated education or training; or (7) censure.
