The Hawaii Medical Board may revoke, limit, or suspend a physician’s license for, among other grounds, practicing in violation of the ethical standards endorsed by the Hawaii Medical Association, the American Medical Association, The Hawaii Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons, or the American Osteopathic Association.
