Health Data Panel; advisory council to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals
The Department of Health and Hospitals must establish the Health Data Panel, whose purpose it is to make recommendations to the Secretary of the Department for implementing the law. Members of the Health Data Panel are appointed by the Secretary and represent various stakeholder interests.
