The New Mexico Health Policy Commission must issue a consumer health information reports in order to assist consumers in evaluating the quality of care and performance of New Mexico health care providers and entities. The reports may contain performance measures, subjective measures from patient surveys, and educational information. The reports may not disclose proprietary or confidential patient information.
