Disciplinary Grounds and Actions with Respect to Violations by Agencies, Facilities, Institutions, or Entities Subject to Regulation
The Georgia Department of Human Resources may discipline specified licensed agencies, centers, and facilities (e.g. hospitals, residential care facilities, etc.) that violate applicable licensing laws. Permissible disciplinary actions include license revocation or restriction and fines.
