“Records under the crimes law”
Every person or entity who manufactures, compounds, grows, or dispenses controlled substances must maintain:
- A complete and accurate record of the inventory of controlled substances; and
- A complete and accurate record of all controlled substances manufactured, received, sold, or delivered.
