“Health maintenance contracts under the Health Maintenance Organization Act”
A health maintenance organization may not refuse to provide coverage or limit benefits for HIV/AIDS.
A health maintenance organization may not deny to a mother or her newborn infant eligibility, or continued eligibility, to enroll or to renew coverage.
A health maintenance organization must provide a clear and understandable description for the method for resolving grievances.
