“Coverage for natural-born, adopted, and foster children; children in insured’s custodial care under the insurance law”
A group health insurance policy that provides coverage for an enrollee’s dependent, including the enrollee’s adopted or foster child, must not exclude coverage for any preexisting condition of the child.
