Establishment and maintenance of a central registry under the Charlie Mack Overstreet Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries Act
The Department of Health must establish and maintain a central registry of individuals who have moderate-to-severe brain or spinal cord injuries. Each public and private health agency or social agency and attending physician must report to the registry each diagnosis of moderate-to-severe brain or spinal cord injuries within 5 days after the diagnosis.
