“Examination of prepaid health clinic by the office under the Prepaid Health Clinic Act”
The Office of Insurance Regulation must examine the affairs, transactions, accounts, business records, and assets of any prepaid health clinic for the protection of the people of Florida. However, medical records of individuals and physicians are not subject to audit, but may be subject to subpoena by court order.
