“Issuance of certificate of authority under the Prepaid Health Clinic Act”
In order to receive a certificate of authority, a prepaid health clinic must comply with a variety of requirements including establishing procedures for offering basic services and offering and terminating contracts to subscribers that does not discriminate on the basis of age, health or economic status.
