“Restrictions upon expulsion or refusal to issue or renew contract under the Prepaid Limited Health Service Organization Act of Florida”
A prepaid limited health service organization may not deny or refuse to renew the coverage of an individual on the basis of the individual’s race, color, creed, handicap, marital status, sex, or national origin.
