“Eligible plans; selection under the social welfare law”
The Agency for Health Care Administration must compile and publish a databook consisting of a comprehensive set of utilization and spending data for the 3 most recent contract years for Medicaid managed care plans.
Medicaid managed care plans must:
- Be committed to quality improvement and document achievements in specific quality improvement projects;
- Document policies and procedures for preventing fraud and abuse; and
- Have well-defined programs for recognizing patient-centered medical homes and providing for increased compensation recognized medical homes.
