“Medication-assisted treatment services providers; rehabilitation program; needs assessment and provision of services; persons authorized to issue takeout medication; unlawful operation; penalty under the public health law”
Providers of medication-assisted treatment services for opiate addiction must maintain all medical records and patient care protocols, including records of medications delivered to patients. The medical records must be made available for inspection by the Board of Pharmacy.
