“Treatment of minors for sexually transmitted diseases under the Control of Sexually Transmissible Disease Act”
The consultation, examination, or treatment of a minor for sexually transmitted diseases is confidential and may not be disclosed to the public, including sending a bill for services rendered to a parent or guardian.
