“Annual report on Medicaid expenditures under the public health law”
The Department of Health and the Agency for Health Care Administration must monitor the total Medicaid expenditures for services. If Medicaid expenditures are projected to exceed the amounted appropriated by the Florida Legislature, the Department must limit the number of screenings to ensure expenditures do not exceed the amount appropriated.
