“Eligibility under the public health law”
Any person or organization may apply for a Closing the Gap grant. Any person or organization located within adjoining counties with populations of less than 100,000 may jointly submit a multicounty Closing the Gap grant proposal. Up to 20% of the funding for the Closing the Gap grant program must be dedicated to projects that address improving racial and ethnic health status within specific Front Porch Florida Communities.
