“Statewide HIV and AIDS prevention campaign under the public health law”
The Department of Health must develop a statewide HIV/AIDS prevention campaign that is directed towards minorities who are at risk of HIV infection. The department must establish dedicated positions for HIV and AIDS regional minority coordinators and a statewide HIV and AIDS minority coordinator.
