“Disposition of records upon termination or relocation of psychological practice under the Department of Health regulations”
When a licensed psychologist terminates or relates his practice, the psychologist must provide notice of the termination or relocation of practice in a newspaper. If a licensed psychologist dies, the psychologist’s executor, personal representative or survivor must retain medical records for 2 years and place a notice in a newspaper.
