“Ambulatory data elements, codes and standards under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Ambulatory centers must report the following data:
- Patient identifying information, including the patient’s ethnicity, race, birth date, sex;
- The type of service provided to the patient; and
- Type of insurance.
