“Satisfaction survey reporting requirements under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Health insurers must annually report data using the Consumer Assessment of Health Plans (CAHPS) questionnaire of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to the Agency for Health Care Administration. The data must include health plan customer service, health plan claims processing, overall satisfaction with the health plan, and the age, gender, health status, race, level of education, ethnic group of an enrollee.
