Facility Reporting Requirements
Requires facilities to submit an Inpatient Census Report (ICR) to the Healthcare Financing Division by 5pm Friday of every week. Requires facilities to submit extended stay reports to the Division by 5pm on the fifth working day following a Medicaid recipient’s admission. Requires facilities to submit supplemental reports within a week of the Division requesting such a report. Imposes financial penalties on facilities that fail to submit reports. Requires facilities to submit reports by fax unless the Division authorizes a different method.
