The department of human services must specify the services available to “at risk” RIte Track and medical assistance recipients under the age of 18. These services must include “care coordination, home visitation, nutrition counseling, and parenting skills education.”
The department may also provide “pediatric palliative care” to children under the age of 19 that qualify for federal assistance. Such services may include “consultations for pain and symptom management, case management and assessment, social services, counseling, volunteer support services, and respite services.”
