Dispenser reporting
Requires licensed dispensers that dispense a controlled substance to a patient to electronically report this event to the controlled substance repository. Requires dispensers to report on a daily basis unless they obtain a waiver from the Board of Pharmacy or there is a technical problem with either the dispenser or repository’s systems that prevent the transmission or receipt of reports.
