A dental plan organization must establish a complaint system to provide procedures to resolve written complaints by enrollees concerning dental plan services. The dental plan organization must maintain records of all written complaints by enrollees. The Insurance Department has the authority to review the complaint system and request revisions as deemed appropriate.
