Unprofessional Conduct
Colorado defines “unprofessional conduct” as including, among numerous other acts, the failure to practice medicine within the appropriate standard of care. When considering whether a physician has practiced within the standard of care, the Colorado Medical Board may examine whether the physician appropriately created and maintained patient records.
