Continuous improvement of quality of care for individuals with stroke 
 
Requires the Department of Health to establish a quality improvement plan for the comprehensive stroke system that includes a statewide stroke database. Requires comprehensive stroke centers and primary care stroke centers to report data to the stroke registry. Requires the Department to facilitate analysis of stroke data and encourage information sharing among providers as a means of improving the quality of care. Requires the Department to establish a data analysis process that will analyze stroke registry data, identify interventions, and generate policy recommendations for the Department and legislative assembly.
