Classifies Children’s Special Health Services (CSHS) records as confidential and prohibits disclosure without the consent of the individual, their parent, or guardian. Specifies the circumstances in which CSHS may release records (e.g., in accordance with law, to provide services, etc.). Authorizes CSHS to release statistical information.
