Confidentiality Requirements of Records, Proceedings, and Information Reports by a Hospital Staff Committee
This regulation states that a hospital medical staff committee’s records concerning care of a patient, proceedings, and any other records or reports are confidential, but the regulation allows disclosure when requested by a court order as long as the records are relevant or material.
