Proceedings of peer review committees confidential and priveleged -- Availability to physician subject of proceedings
Classifies information from peer review committees as confidential and privileged. Prohibits the admission of such information into evidence in a court or administrative action. Clarifies that this prohibition does not impede discovery of materials by a defendant.
