Confidentiality -- Exceptions. 
 
Prohibits licensed chiropractors from disclosing confidential patient communications without the patient’s consent. Provides exceptions for when the patient files suit against the chiropractor or the chiropractor is subject to review by a professional review committee. Prohibits the disclosure of any confidential patient information obtained by a professional review committee to persons that are not part of the review. Clarifies that this section does not prohibit disclosures otherwise authorized by law.
