Audits
Authorizes the Department of Health, MFCU, and CMS to audit a psychiatric residential treatment facility’s financial and medical records at any time. Requires the Department, upon discovering evidence of fraud and abuse during an audit, to refer the audit report and the evidence to the MFCU.
