Confidentiality of information
Individuals and organizations that have access to information relating to drug test results, such as employers or rehabilitation programs, may not disclose this information without consent except when “compelled by an agency of the state or a court of competent jurisdiction or unless deemed appropriate by a professional or occupational licensing board in a related disciplinary proceeding."
