114.1. Mass. Code Regs. 42.03. - General Reporting Requirements

“General Reporting Requirements”
 
Provides that acute and non-acute hospitals must file the following documents with the Division each fiscal year:
(a) an Annual Cost Report, including an electronic copy;
(b) an audited financial statement, and for hospitals with a parent company, a copy of consolidated financial statements at the level of the ultimate parent organization;
(c) a Medicare 2552 Cost Report, including any Home Office Cost Reports; and
(d) one electronic copy of its charge book, including a statement detailing charge modifications implemented after the last filing.
